Yes, all bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.
Does the quoted price include electricity and water charges.

Are the complex facilities included in the quoted price.
Yes, the facilities are accessed by means of a card, which is shown when entering.
How do I get the keys.
We operate a meet and greet system and will meet you at the complex and take you to the property.
What do I do with the keys when vacating.
We usually arrange to meet you and collect the keys when you are ready to leave, however, in some circumstances where this is not possible mutual arrangements are made upon arrival.
How does the security deposit work.
You pay the security deposit in cash when you arrive and it is returned in cash when you vacate, on the provision that the apartment is left as found.
Are there parking facilities
All apartments at Laguna Beach have a private underground allocated space for one vehicle, the garage is entered by means of a gate and door operated by a remote control. Some apartments at the Porto Fino complex have underground parking, please refer to apartment description for clarification.
If I have a problem during my stay who do I need to contact.
If you have any queries or problems during your stay, you can contact us anytime, but we would appreciate it if you did not call between 10pm and 8am unless it is an emergency, in which case we are available 24/7.
Can I hire a car at the airport
Cars can be hired at the airport, but in high season and international holidays, such as Easter and Christmas, it is advisable to book in advance.
If I don´t want to hire a car, how do I get to the resort.
There are taxis at the airport but they do tend to be a bit expensive.
For parties up to 4, we can arrange a collection for you at a reduced rate but this must be booked in advance.
You can also book an airport transfer on www.shuttledirect.com. This option is convenient and definitely more cost effective for larger parties.
What are the terms and conditions of rental.
A copy of the terms and conditions are sent with the booking form. These are also available upon request via email.
Are there directions to the complex?
Yes, directions are sent on email with the booking confirmation
